Sausage Potato Bake

Ingredients:

• Potatoes
• Smoked Sausage
• Onions
• Cheese
• Seasonings

Recipe:

• Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
• Cube potatoes and place in a 9x13in casserole dish, fill about halfway
• slice smoked sausage into bite size pieces and place on top of potatoes
• sliver onions and place on top of sausage
• Season to taste with whatever seasoning you like, we use Tony’s, salt and pepper.
• Cover with cheese of choice
• Cover with aluminum foil.
• Bake until potatoes are soft usually 45min to 1hr.
