- Smoked Sausage
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
- Cube potatoes and place in a 9x13in casserole dish, fill about halfway
- slice smoked sausage into bite size pieces and place on top of potatoes
- sliver onions and place on top of sausage
- Season to taste with whatever seasoning you like, we use Tony’s, salt and pepper.
- Cover with cheese of choice
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake until potatoes are soft usually 45min to 1hr.
